What is RCS messaging?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the upgrade to SMS inside the Google Messages app. Businesses can send images, buttons, carousels and get read receipts — with their verified brand name.
Can I connect my personal Google Messages app?
Bulk business sending works through an RCS Business Messaging (RBM) agent — a verified sender approved by Google — or through an RCS vendor/aggregator API. Personal Google Messages accounts are not allowed for bulk sending and get blocked. We help you set up the right connection.
Which phones receive RCS?
Android phones with Google Messages and RCS chat enabled (most Jio, Airtel and Vi users). For other numbers you can enable automatic SMS fallback.
How does the license work?
Each business gets a license tied to their Gmail with an expiry date. Admin or reseller can renew, extend, suspend or reset the password anytime. Data stays safe even after expiry.
Can I try before buying?
Yes — every panel has a Demo mode that simulates sending, delivery, read receipts and auto-replies so you can test every feature.
Do you provide an API?
Yes. Each owner gets an API key to send text or rich templates from any website, CRM or app, plus webhooks for replies and delivery reports.
